Launching Ecommerce Site For Leading Mineral Water Brand

Radnor Hills made its name thanks to its exceptionally pure spring water, sourced on the family farm in mid-Wales. During lockdown, the leading soft drinks and mineral water brand piloted a ‘direct to consumer’ online shop. Stealing a march on key competitors, it was a hit. eighteen73 was commissioned to build on these results and grow the business. Moving from a detached online shop to a fully integrated e-commerce site was an opportunity to offer customers a seamless brand experience whilst making purchasing easy.

Seamless Ecommerce Experience

The key to this project’s success was our close collaboration. The site was an absolute team effort. To bring it to life, we happily dipped into everything from copywriting to art direction of product shots.

By working in partnership, we’ve created a site which really delivers on the client’s current expectations and will meet their future aspirations.

Leading the messaging and art direction, our Studio crafted a bespoke design, employing e-commerce best practices and bringing the brand to life.

The site offers a far slicker online retail experience, with a custom-built front end and a best-in-breed WooCommerce and WordPress combination under the hood.

Our innovative Block Editor makes it easy for the in-house team to update webpages, seeing exactly how things will look before making it live.

Performance Tracking

Working with Radnor’s in-house marketing team, we implemented enhanced e-commerce monitoring on the website and consistent tracking on all marketing channels. This data is brought to life with custom dashboards, integrated with all of their digital marketing tools; providing a unified view of their marketing ecosystem. This helps the team to understand their online sales, marketing, and website performance, supporting informed decision-making, streamlining operations, and saving time every day.
