The Challenge

It lacked the professional polish and storytelling required to showcase their achievements and leadership. We began with in-depth discovery workshops to understand Level Peaks’ audiences, challenges, and ambitions. From this foundation, we designed a platform that effectively tells their story and provides powerful tools to support their operations. Visually, the new website was designed with both procurement professionals and younger buyers in mind, aligning with the expectations of today’s generation while maintaining the authority their brand commands.
During our content discovery, a clear challenge was how to demonstrate the huge breadth of capabilities. Before building, our design team imagined and prototyped a standout feature of the website – an innovative, animated capabilities interface, designed to clearly present the breadth of Level Peaks’ expertise in a highly engaging way.
Delivering the Solution
The annual CapX event is one of their most important business areas. With very specific business needs to address, we created a bespoke events management platform that streamlines registrations, captures visitor data, and enhances communication with attendees and suppliers. This ensures every event runs smoothly while generating valuable insights for their sales and marketing teams by providing practical tools and data analysis.
We also built a secure document library to allow trusted users to access technical product information. This provides granular control for the Level Peaks team and creates opportunities for their sales team to engage more effectively with potential partners.
Copywriting formed a key part of the project, with our team working alongside Level Peaks’ marketing and product specialists to produce clear, consistent, and compelling content. This collaboration added a vital resource to their internal team and ensured the timely delivery of the project.
